NATUROPATHIC CONSULTATION :

Drug-free solutions for health problems, safe, gentle & effective, incorporating many modalities of natural therapy
(including Iridology) for diagnosing and treating without the side effects of orthodox medicine.
Allow about an hour for a consultation.

THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE :

For muscle pain from injuries, RSI, fibromyalgia, Arthritis, Toxicity etc. Improves circulation and mobility.
1 hour or 1/2 hour session

RELAXATION MASSAGE :

For muscle pain, stress, relaxation. Lighter pressure than Therapeutic massage.
1 hour or 1/2 hour session

REFLEXOLOGY :

The ancient science of foot massage focusing on reflex points to improve the function of the whole body,
identify weak areas before disease develops, improve existing medical problems, or simply for relaxation.
1/2 hour session

MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE :

Very light and relaxing massage in which you stay fully clothed. Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is an advanced therapy
in which the practitioner uses a range of specialized and gentle rhythmic pumping techniques to move the skin
in the direction of the lymph flow. MLD is most commonly used to treat Lymph oedema.
1/2 hour session

EAR CANDLING :

Relief from a range of ear and sinus problems. Many people have found ear candling useful in assisting:
drying excess ear wax to allow it to fall out; drying debris from past and current infections to allow it to fall out;
drying fluid in the ear canal (especially in people who swim or surf a lot); the relief of ear infection or sinus pain
caused by blockages which bring about excess pressure. Use before air-travel
about 45 minutes.
